Shipping

OUR SHIPPING CHARGES are as follows:

  • Orders with an AUSTRALIAN delivery address are shipped free-of-charge when order total is greater than AUD $150.00, except for orders including Rapee BodyMate Pillows (see shipping note on Rapee BodyMate Pillow product pages).

  • Orders with an AUSTRALIAN delivery address totalling less than AUD $150.00 incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $10.00, except for orders including Rapee BodyMate Pillows (see shipping note on Rapee BodyMate Pillow product pages).

  • INTERNATIONAL delivery address orders up to 3kg will be charged an initial fee of AUD $55.00, then:
    If the parcel postage charges to your country are greater than AUD$55.00 we will contact you for permission to charge the extra postage cost to your credit card. If the parcel postage charges to your country are less than AUD$55.00 we will refund any overpayment of postage cost to your credit card.   • INTERNATIONAL delivery address orders 3-20kg incur higher fees which we will calculate, email you, and with your permission charge to your credit card

 

How long before your order arrives?

  • We will process your order as soon as possible after receiving it
  • Your order will be shipped 1 - 2 business days after receiving it
  • If any items on your order are not immediately available, we will send your order when all items are available
  • If any item on your order cannot be delivered within 10 business days,
    we will contact you with an estimated delivery time, so you may opt to receive a refund if you do not wish to wait

 

What if there are delays?

  • If there are any unforeseen delays we will advise you
  • If we do not have your item/s in stock, we depend on our suppliers to resupply us
  • At times, our suppliers may have sold out of popular items and may be making more
    or waiting for a delivery from overseas manufacturers
  • If our suppliers can no longer supply us with an item you have ordered, we will advise you and refund you

 

Split deliveries

  • You may request a split delivery of your order if you require some items urgently
  • Split deliveries will incur additional shipping charges, unless your original order was over AUD $300.00
  • Phone or email us to request split delivery

 

Who will deliver your order?

  • We use Australia Post for delivery of all orders. Check Australia Post guides here
  • We send all items by Express Post satchels within Australia, and by Express Courier International satchels outside Australia.
  • Each satchel has an individual bar code, and can be tracked through Australia Post
  • After despatch of your order, we will send you your individual code by email or SMS
  • We do not take responsibility for the safe delivery of your parcel after it has been lodged with Australia Post

 

Cancellations

  • Orders already despatched cannot be cancelled
  • Orders cancelled before despatch will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee
  • Phone or email us promptly if you wish to cancel and we will advise you if your order has been despatched
