For Australian orders, the BodyMate Pillow incurs postal charges above our standard $10.00 satchel fee. Due to the bulky package, the postage fee is $19.10.
For orders over $150.00 total: Postage for your other items is free, but we still need to charge you for the $19.10 BodyMate Pillow postage. This is charged after your order is placed. We will email you for permission to charge your credit card the extra $19.10.
For orders under $150.00 total: If you order small items as well as the BodyMate Pillow, we can sometimes squeeze other items into the same satchel as the BodyMate Pillow. If you have been charged our flat rate of $10 shipping on checkout we will only add $9.10 postage charge, and send all your items in the satchel with the BodyMate Pillow if possible.
Either way, we will contact you to advise of actual postage costs and will request additional postage payment prior to sending your BodyMate Pillow order.
For International orders, the cost of postage will vary depending on the Ship To address. We will contact you about shipping charges payable for the BodyMate Pillow to be posted to your International address.
